Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. If you need next day delivery, please select it at checkout. We mainly use DHL and Royal Mail. Tracking information will automatically be emailed to you at the end of the day. 

Please note that there are certain postcodes that require additional postage, these will come up automatically at checkout, but they are:

Zone C - AB 31 to AB 38, AB 40 to AB 56, IV 1 to 28, IV 30 to 32, IV 36 & 40, IV 52 to 54, IV63, KW 1 to 14, PA 21 to PA 38, PH 4 to PH 41, PH 49, PH 50. Northern Ireland (BT)
Zone D - HS, IV 41 to 49, IV 51, 55 & 56. KA 27 & 28, KW 15 to17. PA 20, PA 41 to 49, PA 60 to 78, PH 42 to 44. ZE. Isle of Man (IM). Channel Islands
Zone E - Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland, Europe

Rest of the World - For delivery to other parts of the world, please message us after checkout and we’ll confirm the amount. 

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your item(s) arrive in a timely and undamaged manner using reputable carriers, parcels do from time to time get damaged or lost in transit. If you haven't received your parcel in time, please check the tracking info (if one is provided) or contact us. We will do all that we can to resolve the issue as fast as we can. 

 

Returns

Please make every effort to ensure you are ordering the correct part. The best way to check is to obtain to original part number and see if it matches the part numbers in the listing. If it doesn’t, please contact us with your car reg. 

Our returns process is simple, please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped exactly as received. You're responsible for all postage costs when returning an item. Please include your name and delivery address (as it appears on your order) so that we can process your return promptly.

If an item has not been called for (including where customs/duty hasn’t been paid for overseas deliveries), or the address provided is insufficient and consequently the item has been returned back to us, we will need to charge extra postage or a make a deduction when refunding.
